Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, standard 8-hour shifts, and requires an active physical therapy license and hospital-based experience.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and working across units within the hospital; experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Acute care physical therapy experience required; Level 2 trauma center experience preferred.
• Experience with neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, oncological and general medical conditions.
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various units within the hospital.
• Assess patient condition and develop/adjust care plans.
• Document patient progress in Cerner EMR and coordinate with care team.
• Float to different units as needed and meet weekend requirements.
