Qualifications

• 1+ year outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans to progress toward discharge.
• Document goals, functional assessments, and medical necessity letters accurately and timely.
• Provide care under signed physician orders and within insurance approval parameters.
• Mentor and participate in student education programs with appropriate supervision and evaluation.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and pursue continuing education as required.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Adheres to all relevant State Practice Acts and maintains professional licensure in good standing, completing continuing education requirements as mandated.
