Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a traveling Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehab services across diverse settings in Fountain, Colorado. You’ll assess and treat patients with injuries and chronic conditions, helping them regain function while enjoying a new location.

This 13-week assignment requires a PT with a degree in physical therapy, an active state license, and a ready-to-work attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Caseload of ~2 patients per hour and 40 hours per week.
• Collaborate with the care team and document progress appropriately.
