Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a SNF assignment in Denver, CO. The role is a 4-week travel contract with 40 hours per week and dayshift, in a skilled nursing facility.

Eligible candidates have a PT degree (APTA-accredited), an active state license, and BLS certification if required. Experience with PCC/NetHealth and long-term care is preferred; travel benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with Part B and long term care patients required
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility required
• Experience with PCC and Nethealth required

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in SNF settings
• Deliver therapy sessions as scheduled, coordinating with the care team
• Support patient progress through targeted therapeutic exercises and documentation
