Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 16-week travel assignment in Montesano, WA. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, working with a dedicated clinical team across hospital and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehabilitation plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care professionals to coordinate treatment.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
