Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in University Place, WA. Starting 12/07/2026, you’ll work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, in a facility setting. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and assess functional limitations to guide treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
