Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Kirkland, WA. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical setting within hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT).
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, examinations, and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely and accurately.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
