Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fairfax, Virginia. Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
