Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Kingston, Tennessee. You’ll join a dedicated clinical team providing high-quality care across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation settings.

The ideal candidate holds an active Physical Therapy license, is BLS certified, and is committed to evidence-based practice, patient education, and safe, outcome-driven therapy. Travel assignments offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limits.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and self-management.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
