Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and ensure infection control.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
• Engage in quality assurance and ongoing professional development.
