Job summary

AlliedTravelCareers and Anders Group are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fork Union, Virginia, starting 10/26/2026. You will join a SNF team delivering patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical setting.

In this role, you’ll evaluate patients, develop/modify treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, document care, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues to support mobility and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (PT).
• Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience in a clinical setting.
• BLS certification may be required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patient mobility and functional outcomes.

Skills

Active VA PT license

1+ year PT experience

BLS certification (AHA) if required

Strong communication skills

Adaptability to new environments

Education

Physical Therapy degree / DPT
