Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through therapy while maintaining records. Must hold PT licensure in the practice state and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting patients in recovery.
• Instructing patients on exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage, and maintaining patient records.

Education
