Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Franklinton, NC. The PT will cover 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days and supervision of PTAs. Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of travel PT experience; 1 year preferred.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform mobility tasks.
• Experience supervising PTAs and documenting care per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the respective setting following facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with the PT board rules and state regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to plan care.
• Understand adaptive equipment.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care.
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state/insurance guidelines.
