Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in SC.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome; Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record; coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
