Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary License to practice PT.
• BLS certification is required.
• 0–6 months related experience expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment and carrying patient load that reflects productivity standards.
• Evaluates patients accurately and plans appropriate treatment.
• Sets and meets functional goals and revises treatment as needed.
• Maintains and documents treatment records and daily charges.
• Delivers instruction to patients and families and coordinates with other health professionals.
• Participates in continuing education and attends in-services and departmental meetings.
• Schedules and prioritizes daily work assignments and collaborates with the care team.
