Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or BPT with NPTE passed.
• Graduated from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year of experience as a PT.
• Current state PT licensure or in process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals.
• Set realistic patient goals and document condition and progress.
• Educate patients and families on therapy methods.
