Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Modesto, CA. The traveler will work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, starting on 11/09/2026, and join a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in CA in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement rehab programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
