Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Mound City, MO. Immediate opening with 13 weeks duration, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. A PT with 1 year of experience is preferred; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered.

Must have BLS and state licensing. Responsibilities include supervising PTAs, handling billing within the setting, and ensuring compliance with board rules while coordinating with Medical Center staff to implement a team-based

Qualifications

• 1 year of travel PT experience preferred; 6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates.
• Must have BLS certification and state-specific licensing.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and perform plan of care adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and support staff in therapy settings.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Adhere to PT board rules and state regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Center personnel to implement plan of care.
• Evaluate and modify plan of care based on patient condition.
• Utilize facility computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely, compliant documentation.
