Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Zeeland, Michigan. The role offers 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour day shift, starting 11/16/2026.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy services, collaborating with physicians and nurses to support patient mobility and independence. Preference is given to candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, licensed in the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Physical Therapy experience preferred, but New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care and progress notes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe and compliant treatment environment.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
