Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chatham, MA. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and dayshift schedules.

Requirements include a valid PT license and BLS certification; Doctorate in PT is preferred. You’ll work with a licensed clinical team to deliver high-quality care across hospitals, clinics and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Improve mobility and reduce pain through therapy techniques.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Coordinate care with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercises and body mechanics.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and comply with infection control standards.
