Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Iron River, MI. Start date is 10/05/2026 with 40 hours per week, dayshift. Travel status requires licensure in Michigan and an active BLS certification.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, have strong clinical skills, and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in hospital or clinic settings during this travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based PT techniques
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans with goals
• Coordinate with physicians and other team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in medical records
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety measures
