Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Toledo, IA. This travel position offers 40 hours per week, days shift, ASAP start, and the chance to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital or clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
