Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sioux City, IA. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and a supportive clinical team to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain with evidence-based therapy.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
