Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Muncie, IN. The role offers a 40-hour work week, with 8-hour day shifts, and exposure to diverse clinical settings in hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using exercise and manual therapy.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
