Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hinesville, Georgia. This role requires 1 year of experience; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered. The PT will work 40 hours per week, days shift, performing tasks across evaluation, plan of care, and collaboration with the Medical Center team.

Applicants must hold BLS and a state license to practice. Travel experience and ability to stand/walk for long periods are expected; new grads are

Qualifications

• 6 months of Physical Therapist experience required; new grads welcome.
• BLS certification and state-specific Physical Therapy license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the respective setting following guidelines for the facility.
• Adhere to state PT board rules and regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-based plan of care.
• Evaluate patients and create a plan of care; modify as conditions change.
• Utilize Medical Center systems for daily tasks and document according to guidelines.
