Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Tyler, MN. The position offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week with a pay package starting at $2000 per week, and no weekends or holidays involved. As a therapist, you will supervise assistants, evaluate patients, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications include a minimum bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, a valid state license, and strong communication skills. Exceptional benefits are also included, such as comprehensive insurance and a professional development program.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire.
• Valid state PT licensure (or currently in a PT educational program).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides in accordance with state/federal regulations.
• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and diagnose movement dysfunction.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in SNF and/or outpatient

CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
