Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Cheyenne, WY. The PT will oversee PTA supervision, manage documentation, and ensure care plans align with state regulations while working 40 hours per week over a 13-week assignment.

The role requires 1 year of PT experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates), BLS, and Wyoming licensing. Travel nurses and therapists are supported with benefits and weekly pay through TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• Must have BLS certification.
• State licensing required for Wyoming.
• Standing/walking ability for long periods; knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Comply with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Coordinate with Medical Center staff for care plans.
• Evaluate and modify plan of care as patient needs change.
• Document per state and insurance guidelines.
