Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The PT will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and deliver evidence-based care in hospital or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine rehab needs using tests and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
