Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum one year's experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state license as a PT or in licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates and modifies care.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to evaluate team goals for each patient.
