Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Ashland, Oregon. The PT will work 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, with travel-focused duties and facility-based responsibilities.

Requirements include Oregon licensure and BLS; 1 year of PT experience is preferred, 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates. Duties include supervising staff, documentation, and plan-of-care oversight.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon
• BLS certification required
• 1 year PT experience preferred; 6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and support staff
• Bill within setting per facility guidelines
• Adhere to PT board rules and state regulations
• Coordinate with Medical Center personnel for plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment and patient mobility needs
• Evaluate and modify plan of care as patient condition changes
• Use hospital systems for daily tasks and documentation
