Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a dedicated travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pampa, Texas. You will provide high-quality physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients in a dynamic healthcare setting.

The role requires a PT license in Texas, BCLS certification, and 1–2 years of clinical experience. Schedule typically 40 hours per week, with 9-hour shifts, and weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapy license to practice in Texas.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification at hire and maintain thereafter.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and exercises.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with regulations.
