Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Mohave, AZ. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with patient care across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and may have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Travel experience is a plus; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
