Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Russellville, AR. The role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a fast-paced hospital/clinic setting with comprehensive benefits and a supportive clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Physical Therapy license, BLS, and may have a DPT. New grads are welcome to apply. Travel positions include competitive pay and licensure/CEU reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT).
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
