TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Nashville, Tennessee. The role focuses on evaluating and planning care, supervising PTAs, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure a team-based approach to patient care.

Responsibilities include documenting per guidelines, utilizing facility systems, and preparing care plans while adhering to state board rules and equipment knowledge. 40-hour weeks with travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads encouraged.
• BLS and state-specific licensing required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; bend/stoop.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

• Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.
• PTs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Pay & Compensation

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
