Required Qualifications

• For PT: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program, current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, new graduates encouraged to apply

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document patient progress utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform.
• Maintain a caseload targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day.
• Support strong patient outcomes through collaboration and education.
