Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Duration: 13-weeks
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8A to 5P
  
• May see around 9-10 patients per day
  
• Physical Therapist completes patient evaluations to develop and implement an individualized care plan
  
• Provides skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
  
• Collaborates with healthcare team to ensure quality care
  

Travel Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must have an active Physical Therapist License in California or be willing to obtain one
  
• Previous Physical Therapy experience required
  
• BLS certification required
