Advantis Medical Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA, at Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services. The role is a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule and pays $2,239 per week.

You will assess patients, establish individualized treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises and gait training, document progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with active credentials in PA or eligible
• Experience in inpatient/outpatient or home health settings preferred
• Ability to work a 5x8 days shift and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
