Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hammond, IN. The position offers $2,297 per week on a Days shift (5x8) to support patient care within the scope of practice.

You will assess patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercise and gait training, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. Onboarding and licensure support are provided from Day 1.
