Seven Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire position in Greensburg, PA. This role involves working under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, filling prescriptions and preparing IVs in a pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

Experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
Ability to fill prescriptions and prepare IVs.
Accurate data entry and medication handling procedures.

Responsibilities

Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs.
Enter data into the computer system for prescriptions and reimbursement payments.
Prepackage medication following standards and regulations.
Assist in final checking of filled prescriptions and coordination of medication delivery.
Maintain inventory practices including receiving, rotating, and logging medications.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment, including equipment calibration and safety.
