Job summary

Samaritan Health Services in Oregon is seeking a Traveling Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling, with travel between Samaritan Hospital Pharmacy sites in the mid-Willamette Valley and central Oregon Coast.

You must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and either an Oregon Pharmacy Technician License or be enrolled as a first-year PharmD student with intern license. Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacy Technician License or enrolled PharmD student with intern license in good standing.
• Successful completion of Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred.
• All offers contingent on passing pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and labeling under supervision.
• Provide technical support across pharmacy operations as needed.
• Support patient care activities and documentation in the pharmacy management system.
