Job summary

Qualifications
- PharmD degree and Texas license; willingness to obtain Louisiana license.
- Unrestricted driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%.
- Experience with specialty medications, benefits investigations and PA processes.
- Comfort working in a startup environment and building workflows.
Responsibilities
- Monitor therapies and evaluate medication-related issues across sites.
- Recommend therapy changes and optimize patient adherence.
- Oversee dispensing activities to ensure standard operations.
- Manage insurance issues and assist with financial assistance for patients.
- Engage with patients, providers, and care teams both in person and by phone.
- Travel to client sites to provide coverage for PTO and support operations.
