Qualifications

• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD or equivalent degree.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of employment (or eligible for reciprocity).

Responsibilities

• Supervises Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs, and Students.
• Support safe and effective medication use.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
