Qualifications
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience.
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD or equivalent degree.
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of employment (or eligible for reciprocity).
Responsibilities
