Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience in a high-acuity acute care setting.
• Experience with NICU and cardiac cases, including Impella and ECMO.
• Current and active Pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, verify, and dispense medications.
• Collaborate with physicians on appropriate drug selection and dosing.
• Provide education regarding medication use and safety.
• Participate in Medication Safety initiatives.
• Review patient profiles for contraindications and drug interactions.
• Prepare IV admixtures and nutritional supplements.
• Report and document adverse drug reactions.
