• Inpatient Pharmacist
• Small Hospital Setting
• M-F 7am to 4:30pm. Some weekends (weekend shifts are 1/2 days). Will need to take some on-call.
• Start date: ~ early-to-mid August
• Experience with CPSI and Pyxis a plus

Ideal candidate: IN license, current hospital experience, experience with IVs, Chemo, pharmacokinetics. Good can-do attitude.
