Job summary

Jackson PharmacyPros is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Durango, Colorado. This 13-week engagement requires 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts, covering hospital services such as ER, ICU, inpatient, imaging, cath, and hospice.

The role uses EPIC for charting and Pyxis for dispensing, with on-call one night weekly and every other weekend. A full benefits package includes housing, travel and license reimbursement and recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Must have active pharmacist license to practice.
• Minimum 6 months pharmacist experience preferred.
• Colorado Pharmacist License required.
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• Experience with sterile compounding.
• Experience with hospital pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple hospital service areas including ER, ICU, inpatient, imaging, cath, and hospice.
• Charting system: EPIC.
• Medication dispensing system: Pyxis.
• Shift: 10 hours.

Minimum Requirements:

• Colorado Pharmacist License
• BLS (AHA)
• Experience with sterile compounding

Assignment Details

• Variable 10-hour shifts between 0600 and 2200
• Every other weekend required
• On-call required one night weekly
• May cover all hospital service areas including ER, ICU, inpatient, imaging, cath, and hospice
