Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist to join its Clinical Care team in Templeton, California. This role involves providing exceptional patient care in various medical fields, including emergency medicine and orthopedics. The ideal candidate will possess strong inpatient pharmacy experience and current Epic proficiency, with a preference for those experienced in pediatric and neonatal care.

The position has variable 10-hour shifts, requiring weekend work up to every other weekend, and the closing pharmacist is on call until the pharmacy reopens.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of pharmacy experience.
• Current Epic experience required.
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and dispense medication orders accurately.
• Monitor patient medication therapies.
• Identify and resolve medication safety concerns.
• Participate in clinical rounds and medication management.
• Conduct medication utilization reviews.
• Support formulary management.
