Seven Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire position in Greensboro, NC. You will work in a dynamic acute care/home infusion environment, performing direct patient care, compounding, and regulatory compliance onsite.

The role requires a PharmD, NC licensure, and compounding experience; acute care/home infusion experience is a big plus. This onsite opportunity includes collaboration with healthcare teams and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Licensed by the NC State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience in compounding is required.
• Acute care/home infusion experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Accept and dispense prescription medications.
• Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns.
• Ensure medicines are within legal requirements.
• Advise patients on medicines and potential reactions.
• Provide consultation on storage, dosage and drug interactions.
• Educate patients on device handling and safety.
• Compound medications for external or internal use.
• Prepare sterile solutions following procedures.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain inventory.
• Identify and communicate patient drug-related problems with teams.
