Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a daytime Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, California, supporting hospital pharmacy operations across inpatient and ambulatory services.

The role offers a 4x10 schedule (40 hours/week) with shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, four days weekly and occasional weekends. California Pharmacist license, EPIC and Pyxis experience are required, with 1–2 years of hospital pharmacy background preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College/School of Pharmacy.
• Active California Pharmacist license required.
• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify, prepare, compound and dispense medications.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical drug consultation.
• Support inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy operations.
• Communicate with physicians and nurses regarding medication orders, dosing concerns and potential errors.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and medication-management standards.
