HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The on-site role supports hospital-based patient care across trauma and critical care units, requiring active Virginia Pharmacist license and hospital experience.

The position offers 13 weeks, 40 hours weekly, multiple 8-hour shifts (days/evenings/nights), and uses Pyxis, Meditech, and Vigilanz systems to ensure accurate medication preparation and verification.

Competenze

• Virginia state pharmacist license required
• Hospital experience > 2 years
• Trauma/Burn/Critical care patient management experience preferred

Mansioni

• IV verification and medication verification on unit
• IV compounding as needed
• Dosing for complex patients (Vancomycin AUC, aminoglycosides, renal dosing)
• Utilize Pyxis, Meditech and Vigilanz to support medication safety and accuracy

Requested Skill Set:

Will experience complex patients - Trauma/Burn/Critical care, peds, cardiac surgery, ECMO

Must have:

Hospital experience > 2years

Advanced skills needed: Vancomycin AUC dosing experience, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, DOAC
