HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a short-term travel assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The role involves complex patient care in trauma, critical care, pediatrics, and cardiac surgery, with IV verification and medication management duties.

Requires Virginia pharmacist license and ICU-related dosing expertise. This 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week across day and night shifts, with travel to facilities and responsibilities aligned with hospital

Qualifications

• Hospital experience > 2 years required.
• Advanced dosing skills: Vancomycin AUC, Aminoglycoside, Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, DOACs.
• Unit procedures: IV verification, medication verification, IV compounding as needed.
• Virginia State Pharmacist license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in travel assignments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective pharmacotherapy.
• Travel to facilities for the 13-week assignment and complete per-site requirements.
